Urban Designs´s  headquarter is located in Spain at Avda España 138, 4ºB, 29680 Estepona, Málaga.

The use and access of Urban Designs, is regulated by the general terms and conditions of use and sale here mentioned. The access to this web site, its use and the purchasing of items at Urban Designs assumes the reading, the understanding and the acceptance of the following general terms and conditions.

Urban Designs may, from time to time, modify or up to date the general terms and conditions mentioned, in consideration of new laws and regulations. Each new version of the general terms and conditions will become effective the same day Urban Designs publishes them on the web site. Please review often this general terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes made to the general terms and conditions, you should stop using this web site.

To be able to use some of our services and features made available to you in our web site, you will need to register. Changes could be made to the information we require at registration.

Urban Designs offers the sale of its products through urbandesigns.es to the final consumers.

Urban Designs reserves the right to modify its commercial offer in the web site at any time (modifications of the prices, products, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions). These modifications will not affect at any time the purchases that have already been made.

The prices shown on this web site for the European Union have their corresponding VAT included. For countries outside of the European Union prices do not include VAT. When you receive your order, you will be responsible for the payment of any taxes and duties generated at customs. You can contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges.

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Urban Designs, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Urban Designs. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

 

closing a contract with Urban Designs

To make a purchase you must place your favourite items inside the “shopping bag” and follow the steps that are defined on the web site. To close a sale contract with Urban Designs you must fill out the electronic order form and submit it following all the steps.

Throughout the order form you will have access to our general terms and conditions, the return policy and privacy policy, price and description of the products you have chosen, shipping costs and methods.

After receiving your order form, your contract with Urban Designs will be closed once we have obtained authorisation for payment.

Before submitting your order, we recommend that you read the general terms and conditions. Please, check all your data is correct before submitting it.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order and your order number. We recommend that you print this page, so that in the unlikely event that you do not receive this e-mail you have your order number and confirmation.

Urban Designs may not process purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency, or that are incomplete or incorrect, or orders for products that are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that your order has not been processed specifying the reasons thereof.

If the problem is detected when the order has already been transmitted and paid, we will refund your payment.

By sending your order form you are accepting all the general terms and conditions, the private policy, the return policy and all the contents in Urban Designs. If you have any doubts or you do not agree with this text please do not send the order form.

At Urban Designs we offer Contemporary Jewellery handmade by designers at their workshops.

Urban Designs does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality as compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market.  Because of the handmade nature of these pieces, no two are exactly alike. All pieces may vary slightly from appearance in photos.

The main characteristics of products are shown on Urban Designs inside each product schedule. The products offered on the site may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors because of the Internet browser or of the monitor used.

When filling out the order form, you may be able to choose from different payment methods.

If you choose credit/debit card, credit card details are entered directly into our payment partner’s system and are neither transmitted nor held on Urban Designs systems.

This information will only be used by Urban Designs to complete the order process, make a refund if a return is made or inform the police in case any fraudulent activity against Urban Designs is detected.

Urban Designs ships all orders through the postal office or  currier service, at your choice. You can find more information about our shipping methods, costs and dates of delivery in the subsections deliveries and returns and delivery charges inside the HELP area.

For further information on making a claim or if there has been any incident with your order, please contact us by calling +34 952 896 911 Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00 hours or by email.

 

return policy

At Urban Designs we care about our client satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date you received your order. Just contact us to let us know.

Urban Designs will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed.
All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost.

We strongly advise all customers to check their orders thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.

We would not accept any cash on deliveries nor will be responsible for any shipping cost nor any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package.

Your right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• To return an item, just let us know by email or phone specifying the items you want to return within 7 days from the date you received the parcel.
• The item must be unworn, not modified and not damaged.
• The identification tag must still be attached to the product with the disposable seal.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• All returns for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Urban Designs reserves the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times.

Your return order must fullfil all of these conditions in order to be accepted.

After Urban Designs has received your returned goods and checked that all requirements are met, you will receive an e-mail confirming the returned item has been accepted and will refund straight away the entire price of the item, although delivery costs cannot be reimbursed. 

If the required conditions are not complied, Urban Designs may not accept your return. In this case, we will  inform you. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes and import duties if return conditions have not been complied and we send you back your faulty return. If you do not accept this option, Urban Designs will keep the items and do not refund them.

Remember that we don’t refund delivery costs, only the amount paid for the item you have decided to return.

You will receive your reimbursement in the same payment method you used to pay the items you are returning.

If you have received an item from Urban Designs as a gift you can return it without problems as any other order, but we will make the refund to the person that sent you the gift.
